my drawing and printmaking work
explores and questions notions of
corporeality. I am concentrating on
reversible correlations in between bodily
concepts, our sensory perception of the
self and the other. Via experimental
graphical studies I am confronting
interfaces of the internal and external,
transformations of the ‚in between‘ and
third space.
Svea Taubert is a visual artist, PhD researcher and lecturer at the Department of Literature and Media Studies at Europa-Universität Flensburg, Germany. Her artistic practice focusses on experimental drawing, printmaking techniques and intervention.
